About Us

Closing Day Property Services was founded to solve a common problem in real estate transactions: small but critical repairs that risk delays to closing.
With more than 20 years of experience in construction, commercial development, and corporate real estate expansion, I’ve spent my career managing projects ranging from small improvements to large capital programs across multiple markets. After obtaining my North Carolina Broker License, I saw firsthand how frequently real estate transactions are slowed down by inspection repairs, punch lists, and last-minute walkthrough issues. Many traditional contractors prioritize large renovation projects and are often unavailable—or unwilling—to take on the smaller jobs that must be completed quickly to keep a closing on schedule.
Closing Day Property Services was created specifically to fill that gap.
Unlike general contractors, this company focuses exclusively on work tied directly to real estate transactions. We partner only with Realtors and their clients to complete inspection repair items, cosmetic fixes, and small repair scopes that help protect the closing timeline.
Our services include, but are not limited to the following:

To maintain quick response times and scheduling availability, we intentionally do not pursue large renovations or multi-week construction projects, allowing us to focus entirely on the urgent repair needs that arise during real estate transactions.
